The girls gave us an April Fools Joke this year, when they pretended to be totally clueless as to why throwing wads of wet TP at the wall would be a bad thing. At first we were mystified that these delicate, pretty princesses would do something so obviously destructive, then we realized that it was just a joke--right girls?
The story: We heard the girls laughing really hard upstairs in the toy room for quite a long time. They even called several times for us to come see something "really funny". Unfortunately, we ignored them the first couple times, then suddenly we got that parental "hair-on-end" feeling and realized they shouldn't be having that much fun.
Wow. Talk about a generation-gap misunderstanding of funny. Even while being disciplined the girls couldn't stop laughing. By the way, did you know that wet TP can bleach the wall paint. We do now.

Spit wads. I haven't done that forever. I think I might try today. Amie, you have a real talent for painting and decorating. When I get out of my shoebox, I'm going to leave it to you!
