New Orleans

We took a detour on our drive out to Atlanta to visit the destruction in New Orleans. Unfortunately, my photography skills aren’t advanced enough to take a picture that captures the destruction we saw so I just watched where others were snapping their shots. We were most amazed with the new car lots that had hundreds of swamped-out cars sitting askew in the parking lot. Each car had a thin layer of moldy film that made it look like a scene from a nuclear holocaust.
