We spent a day touring Cologne (Koln). I was amazed at the size of the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom). It is a massive structure that was built primarily without machinery. Seeing this structure built in the 1800’s makes me question why mankind hasn’t built to the moon yet—did we lose our MOJO or just our ability to tax the poor to death to fund super large buildings?
